Applying for credit cards and personal loans is riddled with uncertainty. Members don't know if they'll be approved, what to expect, or how Credit Karma is working for them.
ROLE
Led creative from concept through delivery — designing, storyboarding, partnering with a copywriter on messaging, directing animation with Laundry , and overseeing VO and SFX sourcing throughout production.
Result
Five videos spanning Credit Karma's core products, united by one strategic thread — removing uncertainty and putting members in control of their financial journey. High-reach performance across credit cards and personal loans verticals, and a repeatable creative process established from brief to final delivery.
